- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $200 within the U.S. and select regions.
- Flat-rate Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping to certain areas. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Domestic Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.
5. Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages
- Returns and Exchanges: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Billing and Shipping Address Matching
Important Notice: For security and fraud prevention, the billing address and shipping address must match. If the billing address provided does not match the one on file with your payment method, your order will be canceled.

If you are located near Soled Sneaker Boutique and would prefer to pick up your order in person, we offer In-Store Pickup at our physical location.

2. ID Verification Required
To ensure the security of your order, you must present a valid ID that matches the name on the order at the time of pickup. If the ID does not match, we will not release the order. This policy helps us prevent fraud and ensures the right person receives the order.
- Accepted Forms of ID: Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport).
Please make sure to bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order. If someone else will be picking up your order on your behalf, they must bring written authorization along with their own valid ID.
